Teaming Up for a Balanced Approach to Web Design
Lesley Foster, Principal/Creative Director
As principal and creative director for Brown Dog, Lesley Foster blends the experience and skills she culled from her fine arts degree and marketing roles. Her creative direction and marketing skills draw from training and experience in art, web design, advertising, and software. Lesley began her career at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago; she layered project management and marketing strategy onto her palette of design skills. While she designed for some of Chicago and Jacksonville's most innovative firms, Lesley refined her artistry with branding and advertising strategy. Her subsequent training in information architecture, html coding, and motion graphics brings her web designs to life and allow them to cut through the online clutter. Lesley's balanced approach to the look, strategy, and technology of Brown Dog's web sites produces award-winning web design solutions, industry recognition, and satisfied clients. When she's not unleashing your brand online, Lesley finds herself writing her personal blog and power walking her chocolate lab, Bailey, around Avondale or Dogwood Park.

Marshall Butler, Sales Director
Always looking for an innovative way to combine creative marketing ideas with engaging design and innovative technology, Marshall Butler is the Sales Director for Brown Dog Creative. Born and raised in the Avondale area of Jacksonville, Marshall's experience ranges from copywriting to designing marketing campaigns to managing the development of nationally award-winning web sites. A graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and self-proclaimed techno-geek, he is married and the father of two beautiful daughters.

Lena Mullaney, Website Designer
Creating stunning designs and bringing them to life online, Lena Mullaney shines as Brown Dog Creative's star web designer. Her technical expertise offers a strong foundation for the beauty of her web designs – she melds mind-boggling technical and art skills with an ease that produces results. Lena worked at Brown Dog as an intern while conducting undergraduate work at University of North Florida; after graduating magna cum laude with a fine arts degree in graphic design, she joined our other web design experts full time. Lena exceeds client expectations because all her work pivots around captivating design, exacting organization, intuitive navigation, and logical information architecture. In her spare time, she hones her soccer skills on a coed club team.
