WeGive.org is a free website “marketplace” that connects local nonprofit organizations to our community. People and groups who want to give to the projects they see on WeGive.org can donate immediately and securely. Conceived by the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida, Inc., WeGive grew out of much planning and conceptualizing with team members Brown Dog Creative and ASP developer, Nick Bournias, to become a successful venture earning over $35,000 for local nonprofit organizations. The website’s extensive backend allows the Nonprofit Center to fully manage each project and confirm that the submitting organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing. They have a corresponding email template for ongoing communications.
