Jacksonville Hearing and Balance Institute (JHBI) is a medical practice specializing in improving hearing and balance health through proper diagnosis and advanced treatment options. JHBI came to Brown Dog with a beautiful new brand designed by graphic designer Suzanne Hendricks. We just needed to unleash it online. We worked with JHBI’s entire team of physician, audiologists and staff to create a website that worked for them, collectively. We created a better user experience for their customers by adding secure, pre-visit forms and questionnaires. Before the relaunch, their website was not visible in search engine results for local hearing aids or other hearing service searches. Brown Dog claimed their Google Places Page and added content and category-specific information helping to connect qualified searchers to their website. Recent enhancements to the website include creating a track-able, discount voucher landing page that supports their current radio campaign. We are also working together to develop a nonprofit website for their Hearing Help for Africa project.
