Is there really a brown dog?

Fay and Bailey

Yes – In fact there were originally two: both chocolate colored Labrador Retrievers. The eldest of the pair, Fay, lived to a ripe old 14 years leaving us in late 2008. We miss her! Kid sister (and cover girl) Bailey, remains. We have even diversified by adding a black lab into the mix this year. Jewel is our adopted rescue gal. After her long recovery road from street living, 10 pups and a nasty bunch of parasitic heart worms, she thrives and has the uncanny ability to inspire. Fay and Bailey granted the qualities of loyalty, beauty, and efficiency to Brown Dog, but their best qualities are shared by dogs of all shapes, sizes, and colors. See how they share the digital limelight with their canine “Friends.”
